Hannah & Andrew don’t just know how to dress themselves, and their dogs. They also know how to be themselves. Which is what makes these photos. I can set up a shot, put people in pretty light, and give them poses to do, but if a couple doesn’t open their hearts to each other during their session, the photos end up looking boring and flat. I tell all my couples, the more you interact, the more you’ll enjoy the session and the more you’ll love your photos later. These two had no problem with those instructions!
The way she smiles at him, the way he looks at her. They’re genuinely in love. It shows up in the moments in between when we stop posing and just let them be. They real moments that only show up with a couple is really, truly comfortable with each other.
Kyle & I can’t wait for their Charleston wedding this July!! It’s the only wedding we’re photographing this summer due to our little girl coming in June, but we couldn’t say no to spending their wedding day with them! I know it’s going to be just as magical and then some as their engagement photos were!
