But this couple. I love this couple so much. I know, I know, I say that ALL. THE. TIME. But truly these two, they hold a special place in my heart. And to be honest, I’m not really sure why. Maybe it’s our mutual love of ice cream, or puppies, or our endless string of texts usually in the middle of the night. Or maybe it’s how we’re already planning their vow renewal simply so we can hang out. All I know, is I have new life long friends.
Their day was one of the most fun weddings I’ve ever photographed. I’ll never forget walking them through the middle of a food truck rodeo in downtown Raleigh, and getting stopped every 3 seconds with congratulations and “you look like a princess” comments! We laughed and waved and watched these two get swooned over by all the people! It kind of felt like we were photographing celebrities!
They deserved all that attention and more! They’re love is so real and so easy to see. They graciously share their joy with others. It’s no wonder they turned heads walking through downtown. They are magnetic and everyone could feel it!
Lindsey & John, thank you for being my friend! Thank you for letting us into your lives and for texting me every time you eat good ice cream. We love you guys all the way across the country and back, literally!
