This post is one of my favorites from Carter’s first fall season as a Wake Forest family photographer! I love these pictures so much because they’re two totally different types of families. One with toddler aged kids, who are silly, full of life, typically toddlers. The other with older kids, who don’t need tricks to get them to smile at the camera. They look and smile when asked, such a strange phenomenon for family photographers! She photographed these sessions back to back, and it’s fun to see how different two mini sessions at the same place can actually turn out!
One thing I love about mini sessions is that they’re perfect for all types of family photography. Toddlers don’t last longer than 20 or 30 minutes anyway with their short attention spans, and teenagers don’t need any longer since they actually look at the camera when asked. We’re finding more and more these types of sessions are the most productive ones Carter does! She gets so many quality images in only 25 minutes! The emails from her families after mini session galleries are sent are always so fun to read! No one ever expects to get so many gorgeous photos from such a short period of time!
Carter’s now booking for spring! If you’re interested in having her photograph your family, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll be happy to provide you with all the details you need! She has weeknights, mornings and a few weekends available. The weekend spots are limited, and are always the first to go! We’d highly recommend emailing sooner rather than later if you’d like one of those spots! She also offers in-home lifestyle newborn sessions for those of you who are expecting a new little one like me! Those are some of my favorites, and we can’t wait until she takes ours in June!
