We aren't just photographers in Raleigh. We're moms ourselves and we know how stressful planning for family portraits can be!! Which is why we offer a full-service experience so that you can truly enjoy the process with your family and then enjoy your photos in your home not just on a screen!

A.J. will set up a time to meet with you on the phone and begin to design your dream session.
She will assist you in full session planning as your Raleigh family photographer, including: location, style, wardrobe planning, hair & makeup scheduling and will begin the process of planning for your heirloom art pieces!
1. The Consultation
The Experience
Carter or A.J. will photograph your session. Raleigh newborn photographer sessions are generally done in-home or in-studio. Raleigh family photographer sessions are usually done on-location in the north Raleigh or Wake Forest areas.
All sessions are individually tailored to your needs and are always a fun & relaxed time! We'll pull out all our special tricks to keep your kids happy and engaged.
2. The Session
We will work our magic and edit your images in the AJDP signature style that you see throughout our Raleigh family photographer portfolio.
Don't worry we'll share a sneak peek here and there. We know you're excited to see them!
3. The Editing
The best part: your reveal & design appointment!
This is where the vision comes to life! After we show you a slideshow of your images (bring a tissue), we'll create the pieces you've been dreaming about (so you don't have to do it later!). We do this virtually or in-person.
4. The Reveal & Design
We deliver your pieces and they are yours to enjoy for the rest of your life!
We oftentimes stay in touch with our clients and always cherish when someone chooses to return to us as their Raleigh NC family photographer.

A.J. and her team have been there through all of our biggest milestones, starting with our engagement photos and wedding photos in 2013. What I love most about all of the photos A.J. and her team take is that they aren’t forced or over staged. Their photography approach is natural and authentic. Investment
Raleigh family photographer sessions and Raleigh newborn photographer sessions have a $450 creation fee (hair & makeup included). We also offer a membership package which includes 3-4 sessions and discounts on digital files and artwork.
Families can expect to invest a minimum of $1600 for digital files or heirloom pieces.
