I’m still swooning over these even months after taking them. It’s got me so excited to meet my newest little one in less than two months (eek!).
Photographing these was such an honor. The mama is a truly talented Raleigh wedding photographer, herself: Krista Stevens. She’s such a sweet human being, and a very talented artist. When she reached out to me about me photographing her newborn portraits, I was so flattered. The biggest compliment is when another photographer asks you to photograph them! I’m so humbled to have been able to capture these very sweet first moments with her girl.
Krista and her husband are such natural parents. They looked like they’ve been doing this for years! The whole house had a sense of peace about it, like this is the way it was always meant to be. Nellie Mae is just the cutest addition to their family too. She snuggled and was so happy just to be held by her mommy and daddy. I can’t believe how big she’s gotten since we took these, and can’t wait to watch her grow even more!
